Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Noah Airtech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair process for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

✅ Eligible for Return or Exchange if:

The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect
It is returned within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact

Note: Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety concerns (e.g. used water dispensers, installed AC units).

📦 How to Return or Exchange:

Email us at support@noahairtech.com with your order number and issue details
Our team will schedule a pickup or guide you to drop-off
After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

Used or installed products
Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
Items without original packaging or missing accessories
Custom or special order items

Refunds are issued to the original payment method
In case of Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer
Shipping and installation charges (if any) are non-refundable
Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days after approval

You may exchange an eligible product for a different model/variant of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid)
Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as returns

✅ Before Dispatch:

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping
Full refund will be issued

❌ After Dispatch:

Orders already shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled
You may request a return after receiving the item, if eligible
