Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

At Noah Airtech, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a smooth and fair process for returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Eligible for Return or Exchange if:

  • The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • It is returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals intact

Note: Some products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety concerns (e.g. used water dispensers, installed AC units).

📦 How to Return or Exchange:

  1. Email us at support@noahairtech.com with your order number and issue details

  2. Our team will schedule a pickup or guide you to drop-off

  3. After inspection, your exchange or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days

  • Used or installed products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Items without original packaging or missing accessories

  • Custom or special order items

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • In case of Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed via bank transfer

  • Shipping and installation charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refunds typically reflect within 7–10 business days after approval

  • You may exchange an eligible product for a different model/variant of equal or higher value (price difference must be paid)

  • Exchange requests must meet the same conditions as returns

Before Dispatch:

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping

  • Full refund will be issued

After Dispatch:

  • Orders already shipped or delivered cannot be cancelled

  • You may request a return after receiving the item, if eligible
